What we mean by venture studio
A venture studio helps turn a repeatable insight into a company. The studio contributes a mix of thesis, operating work, product thinking and early validation alongside founders and domain experts. It is different from a fund: capital may support a company, but the work begins with whether there is a business to build.
Why Agentic Native
We use “Agentic Native” for a business whose operating model is deliberately shaped around AI agents, human judgment and economic evidence. The point is not to add an agent because it is novel. The point is to identify a role with a clear workflow, a measurable outcome and sensible controls.
How we assess an opportunity
We start with the job to be done, the cost of the current process, the cost of failure and the evidence needed to show improvement. An agent can be built in-house, composed from an existing service or deliberately not used when a human-led process remains the better economic choice.
